TCL has introduced the TCL A400 M QD – Mini LED series of ultra-slim TVs . These new models combine a modern, minimalist design, advanced picture technologies, and incredibly smooth content display. The TCL A400 M series features an ultra-slim frame, starting at 39.9 mm thick, allowing the TV to seamlessly blend into modern spaces and feel like part of the interior. The minimalist design with thin bezels enhances immersion, while the wall-mountable design allows for seamless integration into living spaces. The TVs also come with a height-adjustable stand, allowing for convenient screen placement to suit your interior and usage scenarios.
The TCL A400M series TVs feature QD-Mini LED technology with local dimming, providing precise backlight control and enhanced image detail. Quantum dots ensure accurate color reproduction, while Mini LED backlighting controls brightness and contrast, creating a more realistic and vibrant picture. These new models support 1.07 billion colors, a color gamut of up to 93% DCI-P3, and a peak brightness of up to 700 nits (depending on screen size). This preserves detail in both bright and dark scenes.
The TCL A400M series TVs support a 144Hz refresh rate and VRR technologies with a range of up to 288Hz (DLG), making fast-moving scenes appear smoother and clearer. Additionally, 120Hz MEMC technology reduces motion blur when watching sports, movies, and other fast-paced content. Support for Dolby Vision IQ, HDR10+, HLG, and IMAX Enhanced allows the TV to more accurately adapt the image to various content types and lighting conditions, preserving depth, contrast, and scene detail.
The TCL A400M series TVs feature an ONKYO audio system with support for Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and DTS Virtual:X, creating a richer, more immersive sound experience for movies, TV shows, and music. These new models run Google TV, providing convenient access to online movie theaters, apps, and personalized recommendations. Voice control, AirPlay 2, Bluetooth 5.4, and Wi-Fi 5 are also supported for seamless integration with other devices. A modern hardware platform with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage ensures stable operation of the interface and apps.
